Provision 10. Right to work and to Social Security
- Foreigners meeting legal requirements established in this Act and related regulations will have access to work asself-employed or as an employee. The same will have right to access to the Social Security system according to current legislation.
- Resident foreigners can access work positions for the Public Administration in Spain in equal conditions as national citizens of European Union countries, according to the legal principles of equality, merit, ability and publicity. They can stand for public employment.
