Maria ..... this is the opportunity for M/E to demonstrate that they are willing to co-operate and provide essential evidence necessary for justice to prevail.
To deny clients essential evidence is morally reprehensible and only adds to the angst and stress that has accompanied all too many protracted legal journies during this past decade.....
I hope and trust that a solution can be found, a solution that truly respects the rule of law and stamps the moral authority that all those striving for justice in Spain are desperate to achieve.

A good number of clients of us are former Martinez Echevarria clients. They did not receive the necessary Bank Guarantee/ information on payments made into the special account when they were buying, being Martinez Echevarria their representatives, mostly through the reference of MRI.

We have requested this information from them in numerous occassions. Tomorrow is last day foir them to hand them over to us ( after much patience indeed). I am hopeful we will obtain the necessary documents so we can finally acr for these clients against the Banks the sooner we can.
