On their learning to protect buyers/consumers! It seems they assist our hearings for learning. That´s not bad at all!
If many conveyancing lawyers, all along the Spanish Coasts, would have done their job correctly during the real estate/ financian boom, these judicial actions would have never been necessary!
It is such an incredible irony that same who defaulted in those obligations then, are offering to clients now, the remedy to the pains they created. This crazy world!
