Legal tip 1194. TOTAL NO WIN NO FEE for COSTALUZ clients

As a final effort so we all can get what is due to us, Costaluz lawyers is offering to all their old clients to whom they performed a contract cancellation in the past, a TOTAL NO WIN NO FEE OFFER, for both cases. This means that all remaining final fees linked to the contract cancellation action will be waived.

As a client, where you have successfully won against the bank, are you now offering to take legal action against the lawyers, that did not get the original contract bank guarantee, on this no win no fee basis.
If this offer is applicable, then it would be very interesting to know your firms charge to the client, maybe on a percentage scale, based on a we won against the negligent lawyers.
Will the costs charged by your firm in taking legal action against the bank be recoverable and will missing years of compensation interest be recovrable.
How about damages for stress , anxiety etc. and finally can you express an expected duration of an action against another lawyers firm or their insurers
