Hi Maria,

I just found your post about the Swiss Financial Corporation, I have a bank guarantee for a new build property issued buy them. The company that was building the property is now closed down and I can not get back the money I have already paid the builder. It now seems that the builder, (trampolin hills) issued these bank guarantees knowing they were worthless to con people into buying their properties, this would be fruad in the UK and is illegal.
Do you have any thoughts on what I should do to try and get back the 25000 euros that I have paid them.

I have just been informed that my guarantee issued to me by Groupo Trampolin for my purchase on Royal Dreams (Albudiete)
is invalid, you say there is action in place to address this issue, could you please let me know what the process is so I can add this information in to my file.
