How very flattering that another lawfirm has decided, deviously, to cash-in on your lawfirm's good name and to highjack your prospective clients.

They must be expecting a flood of clients for them to go to such lengths.

Of course, as you pointed out, their past relationships with MRI and other such developers and the insider knowledge of their business methods, will put them in an excellent position to judge the volume of current and potential property related business out there .
Although I cannot for the life of me imagine why they assume their existing clients, after being tied to a contract weighted in favour of the developer's many obscure clauses, and after enduring years of delays and excuses whilst awaiting delivery of their home in the sun, would even consider using them to litigate in order to get back their money.

You would have to be crazy engage the firm that got you into the situation in the first
place!! How could you trust them?

Maria, you had better move your practice up a gear, you could be getting awfully busy over the next months!!
