Is Ryanair getting soft? Airline relaxes bag restrictions, cuts sales patter and lowers fees if you forget your boarding pass

Putting a bag in the hold will cost £30 at the bag drop desk, down from £60
Airline will introduce early morning and late evening 'quiet flights' when announcements will be pared back

In answer to Lifeline's comment read http://www.ryanair.com/en/terms-and-conditions#regulations-checkedbaggage

"If the item is purchased at the airport or through a Ryanair call centre a higher fee of £60/€60 per item/per one way flight will apply."

This, presumably, is where the cost was found.

I have posted the link here as I can't post a link in a comment.

If you look at their current fees in a Terms & Conditions, Lifeline, Ryanair DO state
'If the item is purchased at the airport or through a Ryanair call centre a higher fee of £60/€60 per item/per one way flight will apply).' I think that is where the price was found.
