EUROVEGAS will be built in Alcorcón (Madrid) – it's official, says the regional government. The first brick will be laid this year, the first phase of the building works will be completed in 2017 and the massive Las Vegas-style casino will be open to the public in 2022. The rest, says Las Vegas Sands, 'will pay for itself'. Madrid's regional president Ignacio González says the casino will be 'an excellent opportunity for creating jobs'.
