Our latest information from the builder is that water to each individual appartment can be turned on from individual valves in the basement.

This is Darren from Block 9  2nd Floor

If you have a look at the photos on 21st May taken, a black pipe heads for the garage, this is feeding water to us at the moment for ground, 1st & 2nd Floor. Above floors still have no water, the pump aparently is knackered already.
