My wife and I have recently purchased a property in Daya Nueva called Luna Mar II. Has anyone else purchased here, especially the 1st phase which is due to complete next month-Dec

I was apparently the first person to put a deposit on Lunamar III. (all the ground floor Lunamar II properties were sold).
I have to say that Daya Nueva looks a great little place.

Hi,
My husband and I have also purchased on Phase 2, for September 2007
completion. Has anyone been able to negotiate any additional conditions
on the contract? We asked through our solicitor for a couple of
additions but were told that all the contracts are the same and that
negotiations are unlikely. Please let me know if you have managed to do
so. I agree, Daya Nueva is a lovely place and we are looking forward to
spending our time there,

Hi Lain and Hammersfan, we are due to move in June 2007, we have a ground floor apartment. Look forward to meeting you out there in 2007. As regard a variation in contract, the only thing we would have liked was to lower the wall in the rear terrace to facilitate the view over the citrus groves. We were told that it wasn't possible.

I guess an indicator on that score is the Lunamar 1 development which is due to complete this month...I wonder how that's doing.

Hi Hammersfan,
Its not looking as if we will be going over before completion, but our agent is Millenium who will be taking photos of phase 1 when it completes, so we're expecting some pics shortly. Where is Luna Mar 3 in relation to Luna Mar 2, as we thought it completes the 3 phases in Dec 2007, or are you not moving until 2008?

Lunamar 3 is over the road from phases 1 & 2, maybe 30 yards in towards town and is scheduled for Jan 2008
Is there anyway we can commubicate privately rather than through a message board?
Does EOS provide an internal mail service?

Hello everyone. I am currently living in daya nueva on one of the first developments here. I travel up and down the road here quite a lot and occassionally go for a walk and watch these developments.
Lunar mar3 seems to be at a stand still but lunamar1 and 2 are progressing well, with outer coloured coats on in some cases.
If anyone wants to send a private message to get more up to date info or even pics just click on the private message. I will respond to anyone who does.

We should be signing on 31st July for our apartment in Luna Mar II, we are 3B, but our actual address is a bit longer than that.

Very quiet in here, you must be all on your hols.
Signing date actually 30 July, we're catching a ferry on Sunday 22nd from Dover.... drive across France, into Spain, hopefully arrive Thursday sometime.
Exciting! apprehensive! Can't believe it's happening at last.

Actually signed on Tues 31st July,and it has been so hetic so far. Can´t wait to adopt the laid back Spanish lifestyle. So far it lives up to expectations,and the weather is fabulous!
Haven´t had time to get the banjo out of the case it,still putting flatpack furniture together...what in this heat!

I see you have arrived. Look out Daya Nueva. Well done. Hope everything is going to plan. All you have to do now is live the life. You already have neighbours, and soon you will have more. We will be over in the not to distant future, and will say hello at some point. The feeling of those first few days are absolutely fantastic and we hope that they continue for you into the future.
