Electrician

Hiya

We took ownership of our tee builing penthouse in phase one on the 22nd May, yippee! It's fantastic and the site is really taking shape. We are going out again at the end of July to take delivery of our furniture.

Our problem is that we have purchased lights for the appartment but do not know any electricians in Spain who could instal them for us at a reasonable cost. Does anyone know anyone please?

Also, we may need someone who lives local to manage/clean the property for us in between friends and us going out. We probably won't need all year round. Again, does anyone know anyone please?

There is an Electrician that lives at UGR La Tercia, also does keyholding etc. We completed on a Tee apartment on 16th May, just arrive back from a 2 week stay very happy with our place.

We are also organising a grand opening bash and golf day  for the 11th Oct, so start looking for those cheap flights

Hi, I have a friend, David, who  lives in San Miguel, he's not a qualified electrician but he is able to put up lights, curtain rails etc for a very reasonable fee. He recently did all my lights in my apt. He has a hotmail account, user name  is davidnewtontt. I can assure everyone that he is very trustworthy & is retired so he can be quite flexible on time.
