Shipping items To Spain: What Fees, Paperwork ?

Hi all, is it obvious yet that I have a free Sunday lol.

Having read some of the other forums, I have picked up on the fact that the builder and / or community charge sometimes pays for buildings cover when the dwelling is part of a block (like most on HR are). This would mean the HR residents would only be required to take out contents cover.

However, whether this applies or not would appear to be largely dependant on the individual community. Can anyone provide any further info or please approach our community president / management rep for an answer. I don't want to be paying twice for bulidings cover.

Did you ever get an answer on this? Just had my mortgage offer through and the Mortgage provider is insisting that I 'contract with them' for the Buildings Insurance. Like you, don't want to pay for it twice if its is covered by the community or the developer.
