I am just back from Almerimar and summer has finally started. There was a great buzz around the place with loads of young families and couples.
I have an 2 bed in Block 5. Block 5 is finished and they are waiting to hand it over to the "community". Has anybody signed off on block 5. ???
I met with Pat from "Chillout" . I viewed furniture in an apartment for sale that the owner wants to get rid of. It was only used 3 times.
The owner wants to sell of the apartment contents.
As i am in block 5 and have a default furniture pack i am only interested in the patio furniture and the kitchen equipment like microwave, Tv's etc
If anybody is interested in great 2nd hand furniture contact chillout .
I am not getting commission for this etc....
I am only mentioning it as i was very impressed with the quality of the furniture.
Curtains, Pictures etc.. are also available.

Hi,
We have also taken posession of our two bed in block 5. We were over two weeks ago and were really delighted with everything. Like you said the area was coming to life and it was lovely. I was wondering what they would do with the swimming pool this summer but Im sure they will wait for the community to take over before its cleaned and filled. We are heading over again next week and are really looking forward to hopefully staying in our own apartment. Wonder if those lifts have been commissioned yet...

We have just completed in block 5 also. When we purchased we were advised that a furniture pack was included in our price however this has not been delivered. Can any other new block 5 residents advise whether they had the furniture pack included

Hi,
Has anyone received their furniture pack? Not sure how we can complete before end of August if they have no furniture as yet. But we need that free garage space to make up the valuation or it will be very difficult to get a mortgage.
