Hi there, I have just completed on a property in Murcia and am about to complete on another although not in this development in Almeria.  The company i used are not particularly big but they have given me great personal service and have got me as near to what i hoped to achieve as possible in the present climate.  They are really good people and their fee's are realtively low and will tell you honestly what can be achieved so they're worth a look at www.universalfinancial.eu.

Following on from a very kind mention below from Noah Hall, a client came to us thanks to his recommendation on this site - we have just secured approval for 90% of purchase price for this client which judging by the amount of people who have paid 15% deposit this could be a great help to those struggling to come up with significant shortfalls, it is not the best mortgage product with a HLC and an additional insurance to pay, but has 2 years interest only so could help some people through this difficult period. 

Just out of interest has anyone had a valuation done on their apartment and if so was it a positive valuation?

Am just about to go ahead with mortgage application and was hoping that they hadn't depreciated as a result of the current economy . Thanks 

First valuations i've had are 15% in excess of pp allowing loan amount at 90% of pp.
