Guys,
Starting to wonder about snagging lists etc as for new builds they are notoriously bad no matter who you buy off. I bought a house off farrans in Northern Ireland and it was a disaster very bad workmanship and the foreman was an ass. With that in mind I was thinking of using a firm to do my snagging list for me. Has anyone thought the same or have any thought on this? Is anyone using MRI if so what do they offer and cost?
