Air Con and electrics

Guys,

According to the info that I have gathered here there will only be air con in both the main bedroom and living room.    I am buying a 3 bedroom apartment and was looking to get air con installed in the 2 "spare" rooms.  I contacted design by Jarvis and they quoted me €750 plus vat (€870 all in) per unit. 

I also contact another guy M.D. refrigeration and  he is quoting €600 -  €1150 all in per unit.   The price range is dependent on what area of the market you go for i.e.  €600 is for the skoda version where the  €1150 is the audi end of the market.  He normally discounts multiple purchases but not just for 2 owing to the distance, so I am looking for people who are looking to buy air con for apartments ready in June 2008 to see what discount we can get from either of these guys for buying Air con in bulk.

Oh I almost forgot I am also looking to get freeview installed and does anyone know if the complex will have a central satilitte or will it be an individual one?

One other company you might consider is Chill Out. This is a small company run by a husband and wife, Pete and Pat. They are both qualified aircon engineers from the UK who now live out here. They have many years experience and have done a lot of installs at Laguna Beach in Almerimar. A number of people have said how professional and thorough they were.  If anyone wants to contact them for a quote please let me know and I will PM you Pete´s phone number.

Another good contact is "T. NORTH". He lives in Almerimar and has arranged several locally. He can also provide contacts for most other things inc. furnishings, rentals and cleans.
