Moving to Gran Alacant

Just thought I would drop a note to say I have rented an apartment at Porto Fino through MRI rentals.  I am interested to see how it works.  Up to now I have had an email to confirm the booking but no email to say how we will get the keys or be greeted ect.  I have emailed them regarding this but no reply and we travel on Thurs 01 May.  I have rang them today (Sat Morn) but no one is available from the rental dept on a weekend. I mention to them that  this is stupid as most people who are trawling the internet for rental property do this on a weekend !  Afersales replied well I dont know its not my department. 

Well Well that is really a SURPRISE regarding the service of "MRI". My concern is they are aiming to advertise themselves as a company who have a contract with a number of travel operaters to launch Portofino I wonder how this will work!!

Where do I start well after been promised both by email and phone that my accomodation would be in Porto Fino surprise surprise on arrival was told nothing available on Porto Fino and was placed on Altas Etinis (sorry about spelling).  Was told I should of received communication advising me Porto Fino was unavailbale.  Dont get me wrong it is a lovely development but a 15 min walk to the area where we wanted to be.  Had I have known this I would of made alternative arrangements.  How can they advertise on the internet and let you book when they have nothing ready in Porto Fino to let.  Yes there is only one aftersales rep *( who is very nice and overworked) looking after the whole area alegedly just a short message for now will upload photos and some more news later
