I am heading to CDP this weekend and will investigate progress on site. I have a meeting with solicitors and will have to make a payment when contract agreed. Has anyone seen site of a license to build yet?

We have now heard from Peinsa with the information that 'all legal formalities and procedures are completely resolved and building is in progress'.
Also, Phase 10 (X) has now been released for sale.

Thats fantastic news, I didnt bother posting on here because of all the false dawns but when I contacted the site office at the end of August they told me that building work would be starting in full by the very latest monday 18th September.
