Interesting/cool photos!

Hello everyone,

We are new members to this site and I have been reading all comments with interest. Firstly, is anyone intending to buy and keep or are you all selling on?, we intend to keep and therefore this may be a good way to get to know new neighbours.

Secondly, we are hearing that the development has been modified to include an apart-hotel, gym, shop and restaurant. Has anyone heard the same.

The changes you outlined is news to me - could this perhaps explain some of the delay with the building licence?

Hi woodycurtain, we will be keeping ours, and yes it would be nice to get to know the neighbours.Havent heard of any changes and our solicitor is quite good at keeping us informed. Even if it doesnt include these changes i think that it will in the future and much more.

the attraction at Iznalloz for us Adkinr is the all year round holiday possibilities. we love to ski and we love the beach, here i think we can have it all. The site location is also fab, as well as the price! We will definately be sitting it out, too many positives. 

Hi there all you patient people!

Having spoken to other off-plan purchasers you'll probably be relieved to hear that the delays we've been experiencing are nothing new.  It's frustrating though when we are so far away from the site and don't get the info straight from "the horse's mouth".  Anyway, we going to hold on until the end of the year and review in Jan if situation remains unchanged.  Fingers crossed!!
