I am soooooo pleased to be coming out next week for the first time at the apartment.  I have decided not to use furniture packs and would appreciate if anyone could recommend where to buy soft furnishings, I have organised all basics, sofa bed, table and chairs, beds etc.

We did the same as you last weekend I hope you have bought light fittings all you get is a wire from ceiling. talk to people by the pool someone will have some steps to borrow,drill,screwdrivers etc.We bought ours then were offered by a nice  man called Nigel who was very friendly There is probably a drill and step ladders in every unit. We got shower screens and bath screens from spain equivilant to B&Q at AKI  which is in Torreveija behind Carrefore supermarket which is by the Habinerous shopping centre. The easiest way is down road to Benimar roundabout up through Benijofar and straight forward all the way and you can see Carrefore over to your left . park there AKI is behind in shopping centre downstairs.You will get almost anything you need from these two shops. Ikea is in Murcia (not open Sunday) The appartment was reasonably clean but still needed a good bottoming so you will need a stock up on cleaning materials.We are extremely happy with our appartment and the surrounding area and are looking forward to many happy holidays
