Hi all, 
     We have had a wonderful week in our new appartment, the pool is great, they have put astro turf all around, its hard to believe that only this morning kevin and me where chatting and sunning ourselves round the pool. It is going to be a lovely community, We met some lovely people who helped us with so much. We have made some great friends. We are so pleased with the appartment. The weather was very HOT, had to get some fans . Around the back is looking very pretty with the benches and pots of flowers, We were swimming twice a day, we can not wait to get back to our lovely appartment. The weather here is awful today we left the sunshine, came back to the rain. and wanted to go back.
  Guardamar beach is lovely,  what can I say , it  was great, going back in september.  They had a festerval while we were there the costumes, the atmophere was truly delightful, they shut off the road to Rohalis, chairs were all along the road, and then all this colour, and exitement , horses, even a camel.  It was hard to believe how they could cope with these very heavy costumes in the sweltering heat . There is so much to look forward to, every person we spoke to said they love it there, and that was quite a few, everyone is so helpful and friendly. hola espania, we will be back soon.

Hi Kevin and Kim,

Glad you had a good time, i wish that you could have brought back some of that nice weather !!

We should be out there at the end of the month, we complete on monday and are sending our bits and bobs over on the 23rd.

Look forward to seeing you both next time you are over, i will have the cold drinks ready !!

Hi Kim and Kevin,

Sounds lovely, glad you had a nice time, looking forward to going out again.  We sign Monday and I have now decided to come out on Thursday for a couple of days, had a bit of a sticky moment when our money disappeared into 'cyber world' but arrived just in time.

How well was the apartment cleaned by the builder, as we are hoping to arrive the same day as the furniture?!

Hi Sharon congratulations,

The building was not too bad, We had to wipe out cuboards, mop the floor, but on the whole you should be ok. Did you buy a furniture package, or have you got your own furniture, Ours is our holiday home, thats why we opted for the furniture package.

We can not wait to get back there hope we meet soon, We also have a different house no than what is on our contract, the number we had was the plot no. we are 78 B . We had to figure it out from the intercom, with the help from two lovely people we met, who helped us with alot of things. They are already living there. Thier names are Shiela and Derrick,

We have also bought a furniture package, its so much more convenient than trying to co-ordinate lots of things.  

Can't wait to get out there now and see it all, the photo's look great.

Hello to all BDM 

 We are coming out to our apt on 27th July - 22 Aug .We are hoping to meet up with some of our neighbours .

If anyone is out there during this time let us know and we can hopefully  meet up for a glass of wine or two.

Hi Guys,

We are all sorted, had a fab time, the pool is great, met some lovely people, just can't wait to go back again on the 8 Aug.

Marie - I hope the lift is working by the time you go out, unfortunately when we went, the lifts in our block were not working and it was hard work carrying things up two flights of stairs - you have three to contend with !! - also it is very warm.  Have a wonderful time and hope all goes well for you.

Kim and Kevin - I check our property number after you had mentioned it and we are now block 8, no 22 F according to the intercom system, the office told me no 19 - but that does not look right !!!  By the way met Sheila and Dereck who were really helpful and friendly, and we have lovely next door neighbours who have moved out permanently - Carl and Sheila. 

Hope to catch up with some of you when we go back out.

       Looks like every one is neally sorted, We will be going back on the 7th august for 4 days ,We  have to check the furniture has all been sorted out as we have temporary furniture at the moment.  Need to see what it looks like.
(thats our excuse). 
      Sharon glad you had a nice time, told you Derrick and Shiela were very nice and helpful, Every one we met was so kind , It will be a great little comunity. . looks like we will meet up soon as we will be out there the same time as you, Look forward to meeting  you and every one else..  Only wish we could stay longer, but have to work so it will be a long weekend, until september, then we will be going for another week .I  have looked at the prices for november with ryan air  Wow really cheap, we can get a  return flight for £35 return. Here we come Brisas Del Mar.  We will be going again in November even if its for a long weekend.  take care all, and enjoy every moment,
