Monarch flights to Murcia from Manchester

Hello everyone.
My wife and I are considering buying a holiday home in Spain and are looking at this area because it is very conveniant for us from Edinburgh airport.
We can fly to Alicante and Murcia airports and if necessary we can also fly from Glasgow.

I have been to Bravo Scotland who are selling properties in Brisas Del Mar but they do not provide detailed information on the complex or town.
So, if anyone would like to give me any detailed information it would be greatly appreciated.

Some queries:-
Are the properties near shops, restaurants bars etc.
How big is the town.
What is the general opinion of the fascilities provided.
Would it be possible to holiday / live there without a car.
Is there a good bus service.
Are there local taxis.
Anyone know of Bravo Scotland.

This probably gives you a good feel for what I am after.

If you read back through all of the Brisas del Mar threads you will get a good feel for the area. Anyone that has purchased, has been pleased with the building quality and the area. It is central to everything, there is a traditional feel about the place and easy to get to from both airports

If you log on to the Brisas del Mar development site you'll find loads of like-minded people. Also have a look at the Mar Y Sol development site. We have an apartment in this complex and Brisas is in front of it. We bought March 07 and have absolutely no regrets. The area is lovely - lots of shops, eateries, pleasant walks etc. If you get a bike you can cycle down the Segura to Guardamar - our nearest beach resort. There are buses but we haven't used them. I do know people who live in Formentera and don't have a car. 

Is it a big town - definitely not. It started out as an agricultural area, growing mainly oranges, lemons etc. You could probably walk around it in 15 minutes. It's not a particularly 'pretty' Spanish town. It's very real though. Rojales is the next village and is slighly larger, but still not huge. You can also walk to Benijofar, again quite small. All three together though provide most of what you need. It's 5kms from Guardamar which is an absolutely beautiful beach resort, with miles and miles of the most gorgeous sandy beach.

I've never heard of Bravo Scotland. Why not try looking at http://www.palaciosmar.com. These are the builders and you might get a good deal going straight to them.
