Health & Safety certificate

I'm thinking of looking at the above property any info I should know, how is the rea, anythings to watch out for PM me or reply on the thread

Hi, There are no properties built out here called Flamenco, they say ready 2010, but when we purchased they told us 2005 but it was late 2007 when we took possesion. Be very wary of what they tell you there are no shops bars etc in fact nothing . The agents only tell you what Masa tell them to say and are very frugal with the truth and the after sales servive is completely abysmal.

Hi I can confirm what carray has said we bought 2005 and actually signed same day as carray. As for aftersales i can also confirm it is worse then abysmal it is non exsistent as far as we were concerned they had a very small joint holding water pipe together in garden which bust and my underbuild filled up with water gallons of it it is still drying out with no help from masa. i spoke to who i presume is the site manager who was very rude and he told me in no uncertain terms you bought from masa now your problem it has now cost me a lot more money to get tiling done in the garden as you say the earth all sunk down so it had to be filled in properly not with just earth like they have done before when they had finished the houses. I asked if they could at least supply me with a dehumidifier to dry out my cellar but he would not even do that. if masa even read these i hope the guy knows who i am talking about he must be very proud of himself for helping Masa get the reputation that everyone is expecting of them.

It gets worse now we have no water can imagine blazing heat no way to cool down, can´t use the toilet, Masa must be the most uncaring company in spain

i dont know what to say to that. Maybe we should all get some kind of compensation for everything that has gone on apart from nothing on site we all seem to be living in a ghost town not good for the rental side of business is it and i feel for all you people out there in the heat must be horrendous.also what happens about the hotel side of it is someone buying the hotel or does that belong to masa. to be honest i was so looking forwrd to a life on that complex but i dont think i will ever see it in my lifetime. how much have we got to pay for taxes with nothing there .
