Moving from UK to Spain Oct - which removal company is best?

There seems to be numerous designs for solarium/roof terrace access, from spiral staircase to proper staircases on the new phases.
We closing on  3B in sept, but have just seen a picture of the living room terrace with the staircase built on it and we are not happy.

The design seems to be different on 3A, can anyone clarify. Anybody got the design i mention?

We are also closing on our phase 3b pent-house apt. in September.  The plans we have show our concrete staircase situated on the right of the balcony as you come out of the living room - I have a floor plan showing this type of layout - if you want a copy just pm your e-mail address and I'll forward it to you.  We are an end apt. (D).  I stayed in a similar apt. on phase 1 and I thought it was just fine.  I assume ours is the same as it looks the same on the plan.
