Estate Agent in La Colina, Torremolinos

Hi all,
We've been thinking(ouch) a bit more about the order of build. On another thread in the main forum it mentioned that the golf course would be playable in the summer of 2009.
So, surely PW would want at least the front line apartments & lake completed before then so the construction would not interfere with the quality of the course, ie dust, noise etc. And the course side area would look complete from the course itself. Has anyone got any thoughts on this?

That makes sense to me - they want to promote the course and development - don't want cranes around when golfing.

I think they will get course surroundings completed ASAP.

The other 2 courses and the Oasis may take longer!

I hope you right and they get on with "our" phase as soon as poss - we're out there for a visit in 2 weeks time and the FIRST question I hope to get answered is "when are you going to start building Golf Suites" - I don't suppose anyone that's over there (Carol ??) would be able to tell us if there's any sign of any preparation work taking place to the proposed site for our place - c ya

It does make sense as you say, to get the lakeside / course side properties completed first.  Great if you need a holiday.  However, I would be happy for my block to be completed last!!  I bought as an investment, and would like the infrastructure, pools, gym and other building work in place.  To rent out, then the 5-star ''hotel services'' boasted about in the sales literature would be more than a plus.  Where will the breakfast and newspaper deliveries come from for prospective renters?
