This is my first posting on EOS, but it seems there appear to be many who have 'switched' or been 'switched' from Estepona.B.C.C.
Is there anyone who has been switched to the 'EYE' at the Manilva Development, As I, like nearly 400 other unfortunates got caught up in the Estepona farce but was reserved a penthouse at the 'EYE', I realise this is probably not a good move however, at the time it seemed better than a total loss of deposit, is there any others who are switching to the 'EYE'  ? if so I would welcome any information or views on their experiences. Does anyone know who the developer is, as I was informed that the developer at the 'EYE' is different from the rest of the Manilva development, or is this just another OVP yarn ?

Are you talking about phase 3 at Manilva Gardens? ... which development were you switched from i am not familiar with B.C.C!  did you come to any agreement cost wise? ....  
What happend to the other Development? was it OVP?  and have you seen the apartments on the EYE?
As for the Developer's name we have not been informed of anymore, other than 'Manilva Costa S A ' on this site!

Hi All

I also have transferred from EBCC to Phase 3 The eye, at GOM with OVP.

Completion is planned for January 09 I think but Im unsure about whats happenned with contracts and deposits paid to EBCC - Apparently OVP are transferring them to GOM soon - does anyone know or have the latest?

Any more info would be appreciated ????

Completion on Phase 1 was planned for December 07 and they are still not complete!  I could only guess for Phase 3!

I would urge you to appoint an independent solicitor immediately to confirm you are recognised by the developer as a purchaser. 

On a positive note, when I was last there the apartments on the Eye looked very attractive, although I didn't go inside.

so guys any updates on this ?

I did not reserve a linked villa but an apartment and as I understadn it the structure is up but not much else has or is, happening.

I havent heard anything at all either.

Does anyone know what is happenning with phase 3 "the eye" appartments on even the whole development in general?

Is anyone taking action against the developer who switched from EBCC to GOM?

Would be interested to know or PM me please
