Spanish health care system: Could someone sit down and spell it out clearly for me please?

Have just joined the forum and thought you may be interested in latest photos.

Most of phase 1 building work appears to be finished with the roads expected to be completed by the new year. The entrance road to the site looked like it was ready to be surfaced with roundabouts and kerbing completed. Have purchased an eagle but still unsure if it has been pre-installed for air con. When I asked the girl in the office she said no but when we explained that we had just inspected an eagle which was pre-installed on the same row we have purchased she looked puzzled and then said you may be lucky. So perhaps it has been pre-installed (fingers crossed) So if anyone has any info on this subject love to hear from you.

Bad news is that they are not preinstalled - rather, they have been offered as a purchasable option by Abril28, a subsiduary of Grupo Masa, for 725 euros for the living room, and 685 euros for each bedroom, and this Company will complete the installation, at the above cost (+ 16% i.v.a.). These prices are given for villas with pre-installed air - conditioning ducts.

 Pre-installation tubes are now standard on all villas except M14 and M15.

Villas without the preinstallations will cost 925 euros for the lounge, and 885 euros for each bedroom, the tubes being only slitely visable, as they would be covered. Once again, + i.v.a. at 16%.

Stangely, these prices would appear to be reasonable, by Masa standards, having looked at local newspapers, when we were down there last September 06.

I would suggest that, if you are interested, to contact your agent and ask for details, I believe that Abril28 have a time limit for the installations.

Just been browsing your photo's, they are so good.

Your place looks really great, have you moved in yet?

We have bought an Albatross villa on M16 and expect it to be finished early 2007, although the completion date was October 2006.

If it is ok we may call upon your experience for some of the finer details when we get our completion date and "exchange contracts".

All the best for 2007 and hopefully we may meet sometime at the development.
