This development is next to/east of Costa Galera Country Club and building started a few years back. It is now an abandoned shell of an apartment bock in bare brick with unmade roads creating an eyesore directly opposite the Albayt Country Club terrace. The road layout suggests it was to have a road to the Albayt, linking behind the Albayt to the Costa Galera Country Club road down to Clive Christian roundabout.
The sales office exists physically but the pool you once walked over via a little bridge is dry and the last notice in the winow is 2005. Maybe this is another case of wrongful planning permission. It's a shame because it looks a mess.
It is accessed by the Estapona end entrance road to Costa Galera Country Club.
