Just wondered if anyone has completed or are in the process,

Hi

Yeah, we got into our apartment on 28th August with one other apartment also completing that day.  Some more completed on the following Monday and Tuesday and apparently about 30 people wil complete the remainder of this month.  The finish of the apartments is excellent however the complex still has a bit of work going on and sometimes feels like you shouldn't be there yet!  
The foreman and some workmen are still on site and were more than happy to answer any queries or sort out any small problems we came across such as our parking space not having been marked out yet and wires for the lights not having been pulled through in the bathroom.

Has anyone else completed? What did you do for furniture for the first few nights? Are there specialised packages for these apartments??

Just had word from our solicitor about completing this week.

Cool, well done, I take it that the license of first occupation is in place?  is the place now filling up?

Does anyone know what percentage of the apartments are now occupied.

Well I'm out here at the moment and the whole place is looking really lovely. Unfortunately we are only here to sign the deeds over to a new buyer so bit of a sad time really. People have started to move in and some of the apartments have curtains up, there was also a removal van out side moving furniture in for someone!

We also completed last week and are hoping to furnish the flat in february half term.have you had any snagging problems and is there any update on the second pool saga?

We recently completed in here and have had a quote for furniture from a local company called Blank Canvas Interiors they seem reasonable and very nice, anybody else got any other companies to try as well as we want to make sure we are getting the best price?Thanx

Try furniture express we found them very reasonable with prompt service.

We got a lot of our stuff from ikea in Malaga.  With a view that if we are renting it out we don't want to spend a fortune on furniture that other people are going to use and possibly abuse.  You can hire a van from ikea also to take your purchases down the coast, all very handy.
