Has anyone any up date on development - do you think our appartments will be ready by the end of June?

Thinking of engaging Inspecta Home Spain to organise snagging list as we live in London.  Has anyone any useful feedback on this company.

I was there last week and spoke to the estate agency. There are about 6/8 apartments left in the development and they should all be ready in June. There will still be some outstanding work on the garden, plants and flower beds.
They were fitting out some of the apartments with with water heaters etc. Overall most of the remaining work is on the beachfront part of the block. they have completed what appears a 5 metre wide walkway from the park on the golf side (west) down to the beach. Not sure if its part of the block or public but appears outside the walls of the garden. It is not open yet.
The roman ruins to the south are still in negotiation with the various local bodies but the agent indicated the ruins would be covered with glass to preserve them. From the outside the finish looks very good but I did not have time to go to the show apartment so I cant comment on the interiors.

 

Hi Jane Cruder, I used Roy from Inspectahome in the Costa Calida and he did a fantastic job, well worth the outlay. I also sold about 6 of these appartments to clients in my past job. I was down there last week, and was very impressed by the development. In answer to any other queries regarding internal specs, Ros y Falcon I have found deliver a high spec product in all of their developments. Hope this helps.
