Hi Bev
Can't help you with the plug but all of my electrical appliances, hairdryer, GHDs, kettle, hoover, iron etc all have adapters attached to them. I splashed out and bought a job lot. I thought it would be safer than messing with plugs.

Hi Bev,we bought all our electrical goods over to spain and are using adaptors on some and changed the plugs on others and all works fine.Probably would be advised to use a surge protector on pcs and routers etc as we have heard of a few of these going down whilst on builders supply.Looks like what i imagine battersea power station used to look like behind the pc at the mo,must tidy all the cables up lol.

hi bev
i think most things will work on an adapter but not all. For winter Ja bought some fan heaters over from england to make do for a few months they blew out after just a few days..... all 4 of them .
Most importantly the hairdryer and straightners work fine!!!!!!!
from what ive seen electrical goods are muuch cheaper in england, but we did by our pc here beacuse we had also heard aout the power surge thing that steve mentions.
