Hi Dub,
As far as I know no-one has approached Maria De Castro to act for us against Taray. A few of us have been "talking" on the EOS website discussing the possibility of all getting together with one lawyer. We do know that all the sales paperwork and DVD we were given at the time of putting down our deposit forms part of our contract. Therefore, if Taray do not build the pool etc. on Phase 1 they are in breach of contract. I am going to San Cayetano on Friday, 5th September, and hopefully can get people interested in moving this forward. Please refer to website on items relating to "where is the pool" for more information.
