When I first decided to buy a house on Hacienda San Cayetano it was as a result of looking very carefully at the plans for the site and also watching their DVD. In both cases we obviously have swimming pools included - if there had been no pool for the site I would certainly not have considered having a house built there! Surely Taray have a case to answer if they do not carry out their side of the bargain?
It is very worrying that we are now being told that the pool was to be built on the Council's land - surely this could not have been included on the sales pack supplied by Taray if this was the case? My other concern now is "did Taray own the land on which they have built our houses"? I did do a builders' search before I bought the house and Taray seemed a very reputable builder which was confirmed by my solicitor in Cartagena.
My son will be arriving at the house on 12th August for 3 weeks - if anyone has any news of another meeting with the owners/Taray.the Council can they please let me know so that, hopefully, he will be able to attend.
The more presssure we can all put on Taray/the Council the better!
