Does anyone have a completion date for these apartments yet? I was due to complete next week but my appointment was cancelled because the certificates of habitation were not available.
I would be really grateful for details of other peoples' deposits.

Hi. We are due to complete on 31 October. However got home tonight to have an answer phone message to call PW. I shall find out more tomorrow.

We were due to complete on our Penthouse next Friday but after chasing for confirmation a couple of weeks ago, we got a call to say it would be a later date but not sure when. We'll be getting in touch with PW early next week for an update.
We have a Mortgage agreed in principle and the valuation has been done but the longer we are waiting the chances are we will have to re-confirm that the Mortgage offer still stands.

Hi,
We too have been told we are not completing next week, so no hab cert no money transfer, simple. Doing it by POA which PW are paying for. But still going over to shop for furniture next week.

Hi everyone
We rang PW yesterday we should of been completing on Penthouse Block 9 on 7th Nov but it has now been put back.
We are still coming out on Nov 5th to see property and look at furniture, sort out a few things.

Was originally told 21Oct - 21st Nov. Then put back to 1- 14th Dec. However for my own financial reasons, had them put it back to 29th Dec.
