Finally completed!! Going out next week to buy some furniture. Can anyone give me a number and contact in Polaris customer services to arrange water and electrcity. Have emailed them a number of times but have not had a reply.

She got my water and electricity supplied for me when I was with there last week

ps. I spent hours in DFS (San Javier) selecting furniture and got a pretty good deal. The girl I used was an english girl called Cora who wasn't at all pushy

Quite often they don't reply but when you get there providing you tell them the week before you go and say you are arriving a few days before you actually are they have the water and electricty on
I have found evening with snagging items that they have been done although they haven't replied to the email I sent listing the things to be sorted.

Hi All,
We were given a business card when we snagged and asked to email them on this when requesting water/electricity and giving permission to release keys for deliveries. If you don't get any joy with customer services try edv @ polarisworld. com.

Just to let everyone know they are starting to connect meters for water and electric. We have just had the first direct debit off our Spanish account.
When I rang to confirm I was told the water meter has now been connected in our Apt.
To save everyone ringing customer services when you have direct debit showing payment to URBASER SA thatts the first payment to water company (connection fee) they take out money every TWO months after that for water usage on meter.
Hope this helps.
No word on electric meter yet.

We are located Jardine 9.
Meters (water and elec) are located at rear of property in wall on outside of rear terrace. We are in downstairs so not sure re. upper apts.
There is an inspection window so you can read the meter when fitted.
The amount out of the account was 196.55 (euro)
I did not ask as to how/when others were being installed so cant help there.

there doesn't seem to be a meter upstairs, but on the downstairs back wall they are in sets of 4 so I assume they are for upstairs as well.

how lucky are you not to pay for water..... you'd think with the ammount of rain we get none of should pay.
