Just a word for anybody else in two minds though,the cover is slightly different from Zurich.
The Zurich building's cover was for the full purchase amount,in my case 124k,while INTASURE was for a calculated percentage worked out by number of bedrooms and size of dwelling,they can do this for you.The contents are the same.
I was informed that this was adequate,the same principal as our own homes here.
The INT cover apparently is pointed explicitly at the ex-pat rental market,and covers periods of non-residence,just the job I thought.
English speaking help-line etc.
The big plus for me though was,no big payment in Euros up front..As I said it's £10-11 per month.
They will cover you from the day you complete.
The whole buying thing is a minefield,so pooled info like this is valuable I think.
