Future Completions

There is a thread on polarisworldforum.net outlining current concerns with the market/polaris etc.

I for one intend to complete as planned in November but it may be prudent if any news regarding ongoing problems is reported here.
I'm particularly interested to hear from anyone living on-site about day to day developments regarding building progress/facilities etc

I still firmly believe that Condado will be a good investement if promises are kept. i.e infrastructure, road links, airport etc and that given time property values will rise and the rental market will flourish.

From what I have read about Mirador being put on hold, it is a very sensible decision by Polaris in the current climate. I just hope they can ride out the storm.

Just spoke with an advisor at Abbey/Santander and they were very optimistic. Had done 8 Polaris mortgages this week alone and advised that the Spanish Banks were thriving with people switching money from american investments.
Nice bit of optimism to counter the doom/gloom merchants.
