Hi All

When i was over in September, i noticed the outside walls cracking at the bottom.
I also noticed it on my next door neighbours walls.
This is upstairs apartments, has anyone else noticed this with their property, and will Polaris be putting it right.

I have just noticed someone has put a photograph of this so obviously it is a common fault,

Hi Leigh

I think the photo of the cracked wall you mention was posted by me, I posted it as part of the feedback I posted from doing my snagging on our apartment in Loa Naranjos Jardin 8, click on the link below to see my full post on this but I think they are just surface cracks in the render, a number of properties have them and in my opinion this is not unusual in new properties and yes I would expect PW to remedy them.
