Hi there,
We are just back from completing and I'm wondering is there anyone going to be renting? We were hoping to rent asap. Did anyone else think that the apartments were bigger than they actually are?  Is there anyone else here from Jardines 7? Would love to know my neighbours

I think lots of people were surprised by the size of the lounge areas and the 2nd bedroom in the 2 bed. However with a bit of shopping around everyone seems to have sorted suitable furniture and maybe the key is being minimal. Plus, as I was told over and over- you live outside most of the year and in any cold snaps it will be cosy and cheaper to heat!!

We have just completed in Jardine 7 apartment number 749. We are going out on 14th Nov for a long weekend and hopefully as much as possible after that.

Margaret here from J643 and Dublin. Back over Oct 25th for a few days and again for the new year. Congratulations on completiing. We are not renting only using for ourselves and family. What number are you in?

I think the chances of renting out are pretty minimal until the golf course and other facilities are finished. La Torre is much closer to the airport and is pretty much finished. We stayed there recently and apart from the lack of people, thought the place was top class.

I agree with tribeca that renting will be more difficult initially - there are so many other developments in the region which have more to offer at the moment. However it will probably be much better when CdA is finished.
We plan to use ours (jardin 1) for a long weekend once a month and then let our daughter and her boyfriend use it for regular breaks.
Maybe way off into the future if we tire of it then we'd put it out for rental. I just don't like the idea of strangers using my things!

Hi Margaret, we are also from Dublin but living in Gorey. We are in J784. We are going back over on the 27th for the week so maybe we will see you around  I'm getting ready with my shades hehe counting down the days!!
Mandy we will just miss you so, I dont think we will be over till next year after that. You mustnt be too far from us if you are in J749
