Forgot to ask! does anyone know how much the communal charges are, and any other charges?   We are expected to move to spain sometime after March 2007.

Hi there, just come back from Princess Park. We have bought in block 9 and are finally completing this week after waiting months for the Occupation License to come in! The Community is run by a company called P60 and we finally found out last week that our community fee will be 150 euros per month. Your fee will be worked out on the square metre of your property...ours is 182sq metres so depending on the size of your propety you can work out roughly whether your fee will be more or less than this. Alternativiely contact P60 e-mail cristina@tma-spain.com or website www.P60.tma-spain.com who can then give you an accurate figure for your own apartment...Good luck...Sharon and Darren

Hi, we have just adquired a flat there of two rooms in block 8. Does anyone knows the community fees of that dimension?
