We purchased our townhouse back in March 06. Just had a letter from Taray informing us that the house will be ready from Dec 15th 06, the whole family cant wait to come over next year.
Bit of info about the family. We are from Sunderland and have two children. Marc 18 & Lauren 17. We will be using the purchase as a holiday home for ourselves, friends and family and possibly to rent out, not sure yet if we will or not.
