Costa Esuri - Albatros / Rago 3.....PRICE DECREASE ON PROPERTIES

If there is anyone out there buying an apartment on Albatros Phase 2 could you contact me ( I am also buying)...or rather considering whether to go ahead and keen to hear from you!!

Does anyone have a rough idea of approx. how much property ( apartment) prices have decreased on the esuri development ?

 I also have paid a deposit for a two bed apartment in Albatross Golf phase 2, and can't seem to find out what's going on there.

Haven't the Rago's been hit by the bank on Fadesa? Thought Fadesa had them taken away  and some of the agents have them up for sale?? know there are some good deals out there compared to circa 06/07

Personally i think it best to by something completed for the near future rather than embroil yourself risking another bankrupt buider?

Separately, whats the score with the plots of land. For bad luck i guess people are offering 1 or 2 plots at silly prices. they were trading anywhere from €160 to €240 a metre in the past. Seen 1 for €90 on agent website.

Anyone know of  banks doing self employed status 50% on land mortgages without difficulty?
