You must either be crazy or just having a laugh, you want to buy 40 apts in Phase 2 of La Galara park *LOL*
The apts are nice but are very small inside, they have a small pool and hardly any grounds around it for all the apts, PH1 of La Galera Park has still many townhouses to sell and there is no street lighting, lights work inside complex walkways though.
As for the rubbish, well take a look at the dumped builders left overs and other sh*te that has been dumped, 24 of the 27 shop units are available to rent as well...
If you have questions ask Liz on here, she is an owner in PH1... I live in complex behind, Costa Galera..
Why will your friends cash in by Valle Romano, do u expect prices to go through roof there *L* - residents around complex are being asked to pay 10 of 1000's towards new roads !!! - u do know Spain is about to go into a recession and a million apts/houses are unsold...
La Galera Park Ph1 is very nice but needs more apts to be sold as gardens are overgrowing, communial parts look real nice and pool areas look great...
Your comment about Spain being dirty is a joke, rubbish being left until complex is full, well i hope you buy them all and get PH2 and area outisde cleaned up...
Liz will advise you about a committee from what i hear, Ph1 and Ph2 are seperate complexes and have a fence keeping them seperate..
Everyone pays wealth tax but it's suppose to be stopped at end of 2008...
