As I said first you start with reality

You were conned by some clever people with no morals

Their presentation and the whole concept from marketing from start to finish resulted in many people being taken in and I would even go further and say this lot were experts ,one of the best around.

Many astute business people were also caught up as well so no one should feel that they were fooled by anyone.(well some may be)

Now if people think that writing to M.Ps will make any difference to their particular situation then please carry on and indeed there is an excellent  Petition one on the S.P.I forum and I encourage everyone to add weight the the excellent work carried out by a particular person with no other interest than to help others.

As is pointed out here change will take many years and sadly as is also said many will loose everything.

Perhaps I am wrong that while almost everyone would hopefully be supportive the real truth is it NO 1 they are really concerned about and are looking for ways out of their particular problems.

Sadly and as I have said I am sorry to be blunt but if thats the case you have to start at where the problem started in your particular situation and work from there.

 to be blunt, you are stating the obvious again. Of course people are looking after no1, and looking at a way out of their problems. Hopefully if enough people do this by being pro-active, then pressure will mount.

with regard to your last comment ,  ''start where the problem started''  if you have some useful info', tell us how you intend to do this then?  You don't need to give personal details, just a  'virtual '  scenario that might help?

The pressure has been put using the methods you have stated and I cant see anything getting better in fact its worse and  "THATS STATING THE OBVIOUS."

Every case and each situation is dependent on everyones particular case.

In this instance hardly any of the contracts are the same for instance and so many issues that a one fits all solution is both impossible and if there was one would be plain stupid to post on an open forum.

As you say though that if enough of us are pro-active enough then pressure will mount.

In the meantime I am sure that many will not be waiting around for this to happen and "THATS STATING TO OBVIOUS"

Your argument or problem is not with me its with those that conned you.

Please read my posting and you will see that I fully support the actions "WE "have taken but facts are that they are making little impact.

In fact you will find that I am the first to support any action >Year In Year Out

More often they are taken off course due to personal motives and in some cases the editor has had to close them down for the very reason that to much information on an open forum causes him be problems.

I am sorry that you feel my postings are meaningless drivel however and if you to want be be blunt.rude and it helps you then its for others to form opinions whether thats fair or not.

Thankfully I do keep in contact with many on these developments on a weeky basis,together we have made good groundsand think you may find that my support is welcomed by many if for no other reason bounce ideas off.

If you recall a couple of years back I offered you my personal support as in your case there was once an angle for you to have had a chance of getting a result

Please dont forget that some post on here to prevent anyone else getting conned by OVP.

If just one person comes across this site when doing their 'due diligence' and makes the decision not to proceed with these evil crooks and thereby not further inflating their bank balances then its worthwhile and lets face it, OVP must think that business is lost by the postings otherwise they wouldnt have the threads frozen and they wouldnt bother getting their lawyers to threaten those who post (when they think they know true identitie) ?.

There is indeed much to hide but the problem with this lot if we are not aware its just chasing shadows.

Chasing shadows in Spain is very difficult  and expensive as solicitors will again promise the earth when it was them that sold many up the river in the first place

Indeed as while money laundering rules are being tightened its still open to lots of abuse and the maze of companies and associated companies could result in some getting a judgement against the wrong one so of course that would be appealed against.

The one good thing is that while this lot are clever cookies they are not aware of somes resolve to try to cut their Plan B next con and perhaps where some of money your money may be invested.

Trying to dig out the ugly truths by reading the press/comics  just goes to show just how off the mark some can be.

Next someone will tell me that the plane has been found  OR GET THIS ONE . Someone will tell me that they are going to start being paid back next year in installments

i think some will always fall for the old tricks, though i think with a bit of  digging around on the net, there's no exuse now for using a company without a good reputation from those who have had personal experience.  It would be nice to have some sort of a 'good recomendation'  site, (with idenity checks in place of course) Those without a mention, avoid!!  A name and shame site, would just be removed, for fear of being sued no doubt!

I doubt they will be too bothered about closing down threads if their latest letter is anything to go by.  Arrived on Saturday and says in not so many words that their financial situation is so dire they won't be around for any more completions.  I presume other purchasers have recieved the same.......problem is there are so many that post here that have not even bought from OVP  - they're just here to watch the car crash.

If you have any experience of this forum you will quickly learn to ignore any of Just Dan's postings.  The best way to get him off the site is to never respond.  He is not a purchaser has nothing useful to say.  There will be an inevitable response to this post filled with total nonsense and a hint hint wink wink statement 'ok if you're not interested in my help then plenty of other people are and i have plenty of insider knowledge blah blah blah'
