mortgage lloyds spain - arenal dequesa

HI Mark and Mandy here, block 7.  We completed in MAY this year with lloyds spain -puerto banus branch, would be pleased to pass on any info you require regarding mortgage. We last out in our lovely apartment in August, having withdrawal symptoms, not out again until Feb, missed all the neighbours, understand our parents got to meet some.  We have not had all of our snagging done yet, our spanish, Juans english, like fawlty towers, still, whatvvvvvvver/

Im one of the owners that is still waiting for the road and licnece to be completed. Can you tell me what sort of things re snagging you had to be done. Also my bank is still vague as to what exactly my montly repayment on a 130,000 euro capital plus interest mortgage will be have you any idea what it could be for me under the present finaancial climate.
