Hi all
I have been offered an apartment in block 7 - 24- 1A I requested an apartment with a pool view and evening sun on the balcony.
Is there anybody who has purchased in this block who could advise me if the apartment offered meets this criteria as I have not visited the development yet and I am very warey of sales agents telling you anything just to get a sale.
Also any further comments on block 7 would be much appreicated

We are going out to our new apartment which is in block 7 at beginning of November to stay for the first time. Will check yours out for you if it's not too late but we would advise you to go and see it yourself if you can.Check out flights with Easyjet-they are very cheap!! We think you will be on the ground floor.We think you will have a low wall between your patio and pool but wouldn't like to say weather or not the view of the pool is obstructed. Will attempt to upload a couple of photos taken in front of block 7 when we visited in June this year to purchase our apartment. It is a beautiful place.Good luck.

Fossie you thought it might be ground floor which I am purchasing but I think it is on the first floor 7-24-1a think 1 stands for first floor and is 24 the no of apartment could you make out if this at the end of building or in the middle.
Think I am going to go out on the 3rd of november till 5th with ryanair out of east midlands £52 return not bad margo mentined that they had some cheap deals but I am going to check easyjet now as you have advised

Steve everything Pdrich says is true ,it is all spot on ,we are in block 7 at the top and love it.If you have been offered one of the deals with the bank be quick it wont hang around long,it is worth buying at that price without seeing it.

Steve-I uploaded a couple of photos but they're under date 1stJan 2008.The path you can see runs in front of block 7.Yes,there are 4 floors(I was thinking it was 3) so you will be on the first-I think it will be a good buy. We are flying out on the 3rd Nov for a month so maybe we'll bump into you!

Steve, You will have a great view over the pool from 24 1a. We are in the middle of Block 7 on the ground floor and absolutely love it. Block 7 is very handily placed for a quick trip to Paperazzi Pizza & Pasta restaurant. Not exactly authentic Spanish food but the clientele is mainly Spanish and the food is yummy!!
There are also 4 bars within 400m of our gate.
At a brisk pace, we can reach "El Estribo" on Sabinillas sea front in 10 minutes although it takes much longer to waddle home with a belly full of finest Argentinian beef and wine. hic!!
