Help with mystery bank debit, please

Guys I complete on the 7th of August after 5 years of waiting phew is an understatement . 

I am in Block 7 entrance 22 first floor B so would welcome any neighbours getting in touch at mike.donohue@siemens.com. I cant get out to snag it or look at it until late September and wondered if anyone knew or could recommend any of the owners who offer or who may do this for us? 

My keys are with my Lawyer so could arrange for them to pick them up while visiting or living (for the lucky ones) Happy to pay fo this or offer a few bottles of wine just to check it for me.

Also welcome any one who can reccomend a rental/management company or if there is an owners club you are using.

hi mike,   i'll be there again from tuesday for a month.   All my snagging is complete now so I'd be happy to help you, no problem.  My lawyer brought the keys and met us on site as their office is in marbella.  Where is your lawyer based?

mike,   some people have had major things to do on their snagging and are still awaiting work now, but most have been lots of little easily sorted things.  Obviously, until your apt is first inspected, then it could be anything.  I will pm you with my contact details and see how you want to do it.  The builders on site were very good with my snagging and every last thing was completed without too much disruption.   There was quite a bit of waiting around and arranging dates, times etc but it was pretty painless really.

i leave tommorow night so will have to arrange things pretty quick

They offer  regular checks, or will just arrange the changeover when you need them....laundry service, diy etc.....really good...
