We are in block 6 portal 21 and want to set up a satellite dish on the roof, does anyone in this block want to share with us?

hello could you please get in touch i need to remove your satellite dish from the communal area , but dont worry you will have a free connection to the community system with a 3 year warrenty , regards thomas .

Hi thomas, i spoke to you briefly on site with concerns whilst i was out last week.  i notice you have found us on here now while i;ve been out in spain so at least people know what is happening.  I did mention some of my personal concerns regarding my individual case on my other post 'just got back' if you've read it.    I put a lot of research and time and money into getting satellite connections going.   

Are you quite local for us?

I thought the infamous 'TV' was about to materialize on Thursday from Juan...but you all guess it right it didn't show up.  I am confident that we will receive the TV's.... maybe we should start a sweepstake.  I am back there July and remaining optimistic that it will be there then

Have you got your own Sky box or did you buy Tom's?  As for the TV's, I don't think they will ever happen.  How difficult is it to buy some TV's? What makes you think it is imminent.

Pdrich, it is my own sky digibox.  But you can purchase a box  from Tom.  

As for the TV,lets remain confident that they will arrive, I don't think they would offer them and then not give.  I don't know why they are taking so long to arrive but when they do arrive it will be a nice bonus.  I'll keep fingers crossed now and hope that I can take delivery of mine on my next visit in three weeks.

Tracey, how do you get Sky with your own box?  I presume you get a card from Sky.  We will also use our own box but want just a freeview equivalent.  Any ideas?

Tom will link your apartment to his dish on the roof  (300 euros) and your box (any type will do as they all work) will decode the freeview channels for you.  We brought our box over from the UK in our suitcase.  I do not have sky movies or sports just the  freeview package that is enough for us.

hi , block 7 has now been installed  and is up and running ,  block 5 is next , monday or tuesday of next week . can anyone  whos completing in any block keep me informed so i can keep up to date with the satellite requirements , thomas
