Summer Feria Sabinillas

At last have finally completed (11th March ) never thought we would get there after all the time and messing around , while signing we got our sol to ask what was happening with the rest of the phases and were told that there would be a new builder starting in April  08 and  they had a dead line of 9months to complete all out standing phase's hope this true. we also asked about commercial centre this will not be done untill the local housing has been completed,

As regarding phase 1, the pool and grounds at the back of block 4 looked really good it still need a few more days of filltering before you could swim in it (If you are brave enough), the pool in block 5 area will be ready in 3 weeks according to Jaun they where doing some repair to it when we were there.

I will post the couple of photo's of the pool by block 4 asap.

Alan are you still hesitating??? Why??? You have to forget about the Euro the rate is appalling and I cannot see a quick recovery any time soon, the best place for you now is to purchase in the states, their rentals are rocketing due to the exchange rate and with their current property chaos a bargain can be had, but it means that you have to rub shoulders with Mickey and Minnie. 

You need a nice Spring holiday within the development, you haven’t been for a while and once there you will see how good it is, you have plenty of time now that your season is over!

The problem with the pool in block 5 we were told was the filtering system and the pipework was blocked with soil that had been left at the top of the path which had been a washed down in the storm.  They were repairing and cleaning the pool when we were there.   Hopefully by the time you go out again it will be up and running and look as good as block four.  Whilst we were out there a spanish family were moving into block 6,  however we didn't manage to have a conversation with them.
