CNN to film property problems in Spain

I have purchased an Apt in block 4, I have not been out yet to see it yet, does anyone have any information on this block how well is it finished etc,  any problems (cracks etc) love to hear from you. What way are the blocks numbered I am on the 3rd floor is this the top floor or is there another floor above it.

Yes pcjoe, 3rd floor is the top floor. Block 4 is at the stage the rest of us are at.  It is only the licence i think that is holding it back.  Maybe small internal details might not be done yet but the basic appartments are there and ready.  You did mean block 4 and not phase 4 right?  The blocks not released have been sectioned off with no access points so having a good look around is ok if you dodge any security or builders.  oh, and gardeners sleeping on the walls!.   We had a good old nosey round it all but didn't look at block 4 in any more detail than the rest.  Sorry, if i'd have known i'd have had a good look for you.

         Many thanks for all your information, yes it is definitly Block 4 and I was told the licence was granted for that block (my solicitor) Did you get anyone to snag your apartment before final sign over of contracts I hear there can be a lot of problems with the finishing of the apartments.
